Does Obito have Banbutsu Sōzō?

Obito was able to use the black orb he created from nothingness/created from Zetsu to create Rikudou's staff. Is it possible that you gain this power after being Jinchuuriki of 10 tails? Rikudou did this AFTER being 10 tails Jinchuuriki, so it's possible that he gained some powers from the 10 tails.

Want to see what people think about this. After all, Onmyōton is Banbutsu Sōzō. Just that it delete the ninjutsu instead of creating.

I was thinking since he was the ten-tails' jinchuuriki and had made the staff before, that he could do it again, but its probably a much weak version.
In the next manga we might see what Obito does with it, and what it could do.
