It does but Storm 1 handles the story mode in a different way than the others do. It's not like Storm 2 with cutscenes and huge bosses- the only 3 types of games you get are normal fights, tree climbing and running through the forest. It's hardly a bad game but yeah it's like a super simplified version of the Chunnin exams.
