Does new gen know about Sasuke ?

Pretty sure they buried all that just like how they were burying Naruto hosting the 9 tails. Only those who were around know about it and they've all either agreed or been ordered to keep quiet about it.

Though unless the shinobi who have kids in the new gen from other villages tells beg time story's of the war an before then it's possible other village kids know somethin about Sasuke being renegade/rogue days. (That's a big stretch)

Sasuke doesn't really have a reputation. Few people know about him, he's not even listed as a member of K11. It's not like shinobis are in a gossip girl drama or something like that.

Kabuto collects kids, then he provides Oro for new experiments.

Because everything Sasuke did was because of the truth about the Uchiha clan which is like taboo to the village other than the higher ups. To know what Sasuke did you have to tell them the story of why he did it.
