does NB has smart people?

If you are talking about "smart people" who actually utilize correct grammar, then yes, they do exist on this site. Or, if you are referring to intelligent people that make logical, reasonable arguments, I also believe you can find these individuals on NB.

However, in either case, they seem to be few and far between. I understand your frustration. It is annoying to have to decode someone's post into understandable English, or to see 2500 views on a "SASUGAY SUX 4EVA" thread.

I would caution you, though, to look over your own posts/threads before you submit them, especially when they are questioning the intelligence of NB members. People may dismiss what you are trying to say when the grammar isn't really correct. I know I do, typically. It only takes a few extra minutes to proofread your post. Although, this is coming from a college student that writes a lot of papers. I think I proofread my grocery lists...

Pretty much, as a general rule of thumb, this is what I believe. I wager around 60% of people on NarutoBase are downright stupid, their idea of a grammatically correct sentence is "Y U Like Sasugay cause you idiot!?"

20% of them are decently intelligent, but when they get mad, frustrated, or forced into a situation they don't like, they become belligerent and go nuts, and drop into that 60% mentioned earlier.

10-15% are pretty smart. With an intelligence above that of the average person. And it feels like an enjoyable conversation. And not as if you could find the nearest lamppost and have just an interesting conversation.

5-10% are trolls. Don't expect anything intelligent out of the normal ones, however, there are trolls pretending to be smart who are trolls in disguise, so watch out for them.
Breaking the above category down, it is only once in a while where the trolls are equal to the smart people. But a couple of days ago now, they were. Remember the threads that day U_U.

However, you shouldn't be too harsh, I mean, I don't know the exact range, but I know the youngest person I've seen on here is 8 years old, but the oldest person is a throw up. Probably 35 is the oldest. 8-15 is an age where they probably don't give a flying spaghetti monster about grammar. So you aren't going to get much out of them that is understandable.
