Does Naruto's way of peace sound unrealistic to anyone else?

Words and understanding aren't going to erase years of hatred. I'm pretty sure that not everybody was motivated by Gaara's speech. There will still be high tensions around after the war has ended. Obito/Madara's plan may be extreme but it's more realistic that Naruto's idealistic beliefs. Tsuki No Me guarantees peace.
Does anyone else feel this way?

It's not true peace if everyone is being controlled and I thought once the jutsu user dies then the jutsu will go with him, so if Obito dies won't things go back to normal anyway?

There is also the issue that Infinite Tsukuyomi is no guarantee of peace, its what Obito and Madara want not what everyone else wants.

Plus there is no point to peace if you can't enjoy it with free will.

achieving peace with only words is impossible i agree,actions are needed.naruto's way seems to be the hardest and takes a lot of time to tie the villages together not only by words but also with agreements and even making villages economically dependant on each other,or even blood relations,he can even create an organisation of jinchuuriki independant from all villages that monitors nations and maintain peace. i know some will say naruto is not that smart,and i say he won't do it alone.
madara's plan sounds perfect and so easy yet no human with a bit of pride will agree to be someone's slave,especially if that person has no credibility at all.
