Or did that chakra go back to the bijou when they were pulled out of Obito?
Well it was used already to free the bijou (and might have gone back to them), so it wasnt without having a purpose in the series. I would like him to still have it though. Would make for a better story and could be of use later in the story.

On the same page at the bottom it shows the TBs gather around the circle/seal surrounding the SO6P. Honestly I think this is "that jutsu" in which the perfect, hate free Juubi will come into being with Naruto the host.

2) a bit of their chakra was used only to stick Naruto to tailed beasts inside Obito... there was no need for there chakra of beasts being wasted in process as they only give Naruto access to pull other tailed beasts chakra
Kishi by bringing Shukaku out and now placing Gaara next to Naruto while Gyuuki cut one of his tentacles are only foreshadowing moments for Naruto Sage of six paths/ pseudo Juubi mode power

Conclusion:
1) You need to be perfect Jinchurki to enter such dimenssion
2) It is very deep so noone besides tailed beasts can reach this deep as it is place in tailed beasts's minds itself !.
3) Only as Juubi Jinchurki Madara or Obito would enter that dimenssion but only if they came into contact with Naruto and Obito didn't do that or was not bothered by it while Madara also seems to not care about it.
BESIDES EVEN PLOT WISE IT MAKE SENSE FOR NARUTO TO HAVE TAILED BEASTS CHAKRA GIVEN TO HIM AS GIFT ALONG WITH THEIR TRUST.
Naruto made vow to save tailed beast -> he saved them extracting from Obito.
Tailed beasts made vow to help Naruto -> nothing done so far.
It is only right and fitting in plot for beasts to keep their promise/vow to Naruto and what better way then saving Naruto life and gives him power to stop/face Madara.
However for that Naruto still need to have tailed beasts chakra given to him unless kishi make their promise/vow empty and they will not keep it but it woyld go against themes of this manga so I doubt Kishi would take such high risk in screwing his manga completly.

So the only one Naruto is missing would be Gyuki according to that page.
Why was Shukaku already inside Naruto?
Gaara trusted Naruto but Shukaku never befriended Naruto, so it is a bit odd.
Do you think that was a mistake by Kishi?
It is weird, because when they pulled out the bijou from Obito, Naruto couldnt pull out Shukaku
(and Gyuki, but he didnt appear in Naruto, so this one is normal). Gaara had to pull Shukaku.
Yeah I agree that the gift could still be active and it will grow into even something stronger once Gyuki and Shukaku/Gaara(giving it from Shukaku), give their gift to Naruto as well. Even if the chakra would have returned to the bijou, their must be something left. At least the trust (or the trust and the chakra).
Gyuki slicing a tentacle off could be three things imo.
Either it is done to give it to Naruto,
or it was done to help save Bee (not having the bijou completely extracted)
or both.
It is one of the more interesting parts of the manga.
I hope the gift grows into a Juubi that can trust Naruto.
Again I don't think the chakra has that much significance. It has to do with the their actually names and their trust. The charka was given to him so he could get out of a tight spot.
