Does Naruto still have Shisui's eye?

I should go ahead and warn everyone that I am a new Naruto fan as of about a month ago and I'm only on chapter 515. Despite this the spoiler bug has bitten me and I have read a little on the 'gift' that Itachi gave to Naruto.... but also that Itachi used it after giving it to Naruto and then burned the crow. So does that mean Naruto no longer has the eye? Or does it mean that Naruto just can't use it for another ten years? Everything I have read to try and figure this out has not been very clear. It almost seems kind of pointless for Itachi to have given him the eye and then just take it back.

Like I said, I've only read spoilers so feel free to correct any of the info I just said along with shedding some light on the question. Thanks.

Itachi used Amateratsu on the eye...Shisui's eyes no longer exist

Nope. The eye was used when Itachi and Nagato were fighting Bee and Naruto.
