I think he doesn't because KCM is not connected to kurama! it's stolen chakra which he lost the moment he died!

i'm pretty sure that Naruto can still use Nine Tails Chakra Mode because he has the Yin Kurama sealed in him, and as for Naruto getting a new cloak it's a possibility but we don't know for sure.
