As the title said. I discussed this topic with friend, but I believe he lost his power that he gained from Rikudo.

Not really. Naruto and Sasuke just used up chakra that was intented for Kaguyas sealing. Aside from that they are the same - Naruto still has Sages senjutsu (combined chakra of 9 Bijuus) and Sasuke still has Rinnegan.

Why would he have lost them?

If you examine the part where he removes his hand from Kaguya he still has that mode, and the rods he created from the Truth Seeker Balls were still holding down BZ, if he had lost them they would have crumbled.

Its certain. Naruto still has chakras of 9 Bijuus within him, they were never extracted. In fact, he would be dead if they were. Combined chakra of 9 Bijuus was the thing that allowed Naruto to have Goudama and fly around, not Sages seal.

No. The Kurama that Minato had is now within Naruto, along with with parts of other Bijuus chakra. Narutos Kurama has no Jinchuuriki currently.
