Does Naruto need FTG or not?

Throughout the day i have seen a lot of threads regarding Naruto's appereance in today's manga, where he shows up to save Chocho and Sarada. People are discussing whether Naruto used Shunshin or FTG, in my opinion he used Shunshin to save them both.

In my opinion he used Shunshin but what i want to ask you is:

Does Naruto need FTG or his speed is good enough to match FTG?

I think his speed level is equal to teleportation but i would like to see Naruto learning FTG since it was one of his father
greatest techniques just like Rasengan, what do you guys think?

he IS the fastest ninja (besides 8 gates) imo hes speed is > FTG cause he doesnt need marks

He used foot speed most of the people who replied in that thread said pretty much the same thing, does he need FTG? his reaction speed is enough to counter S/T type Jutsu while in RSM. Not sure about the lower tier modes perhaps but yea.

No he doesn't need it. Naruto's shunshin to most can come off as FTG because of his speed. In close quarters, it makes no difference. Granted, only FTG will grant instantaneous movement with long stretches of distance like from country to country. Naruto could probably travel pretty fast anyway but at long distance, FTG is more useful than Naruto's shunshin.

Well indeed i agree with you his speed can surpass FTG, but i would really like to see Naruto using FTG just because that was one of his fathers techniques

Seeing how he blitzed kaguya who blitzed sasuke, sasuke who blitzed One eye juubi jin madara who reacted to SM edo minato's FTG, I would say no. He could blitz anyone.

He used bod flicker technique, but sure he should know to use his technique, why not. Minato could also use sage mode , kcm , and bm.
I hope Kurama taught him the Uzumaki sealing jutsu and ftg.

Body flicker is not shunshin and naruto can casually teleport short distance like Sasuke rinnegan. As he did this and was said he used shunshin as of teleport.

No he doesn't have it and no his foot speed isn't as good as ftg which is instant teleportation. That being said his reactions are fast enough to react to the follow up attack used by any ftg user
