Does Naruto need a power up to beat Sasuke?

Mind you, in this battle Naruto has been fighting since he finished training with Killer Bee. Sasuke only joined the fight against 10 tails after Naruto had been protecting everyone.
Sasuke will not win, he is only there as a measurement of Naruto's vessel. When Naruto beats him then he will acknowledge him in the end.

Sasuke always comes with intent to kill Naruto but this time, Naruto won't kill him but he will still manage to stop him!
In the first battle Sasuke pulled out all his stocks; his 3 tome sharingan (the same eye level that he used to kill Orochimaru, Deidara and Itachi), version 2 curse mark, with black chidori, katon… but Naruto one used one tail cloak, and rasengan, whereas he could have used his summoning, more tails, and Oodama Rasengan. Also in that battle, if Naruto wanted to kill Sasuke he would have scratched his neck right at the end instead of scratching his forehead. Btw he was the one that told Sasuke to waer the protector and Sasuke said that Naruto will not even lay a scratch on him, but Naruto did

What was it to master? All he had to do was ask them for chakra and he can use their powers no need to get use to something like that. Master his TSB? How do you know that? He doesn't have Omnyoudon. So Naruto didn't get his chakra replenished when the tailed beasts gave him chakra or he took chakra from Minato/Kurama or when Obito gave him the other tailed beasts chakra or when the Sage gave him his chakra?

@Red bold that's where you failed he didn't even know that till part 2.

No. Naruto was stronger than Sasuke before Hagaromo powerup and they both got an equal powerup from Hagaromo which would put Naruto is strong enough. Sasuke was getting use to his powers in the past fights, Naruto was doing the same. Naruto and Sasuke both should have more to show.

We all saw how sasuke did vs kaguya. He may get some rinnegan techs but his fighting abilities are subpar compared to naruto.
