When Naruto and Sasuke slashed obito with the susanoo sword , naruto was able to get inside obito's conscious and experienced all of his memories .
So does he now know about the death of Konan because he should have experienced the memory of obito fighting konan as well and as well what happened to yamato ?

I don't think so. I think Naruto was only able to view the current thoughts Obito had at any given moment and not memories as a whole. If Obito had a stray thought about that incident then maybe he would know then.
