Does naruto have more than just a piece of the bijuu?

Hagoromo says "ten-tails, madara and hashirama" and then corrects himself to "nine-tails, indra and asura". Why did he change from ten-tails to nine-tails? When he summoned the tailed beasts inside naruto's mind, did he summon their chakra and/or consciousness too? But madara had all tailed beasts in him. Can someone please clarify.

He means the nine beasts and asuras and Indra's chakra are why he is able to revive himself
