let involve common sense into it. Kakashi says naruto's own chakra is 4x his own, meaning naruto's chakra is 4x larger than that of kakashi.
Kakashi now later said if the kyuubi[B/ ] is not suppressed meaning if the kyuubi's chakra is allowed to mix w/ naruto's chakra he will have 100x that of kakashi.

not suppressin the kyuubi will cause kyuubi chakra to flux into naruto chakra system and even then the seal minato used on naruto allow the kyuubi's chakra to leak small small into naruto chakra and that has been happening since birth meanin it has also influence naruto chakra capacity.

Why do you say Naruto only is 25% Uzumaki? We don't know what Minato's parentage was. \

Naruto's chakras has been growing and growing since he was a child. Concurrently, his chakras control has been growing as well. He would waste a lot of chakras to do simple things because he didn't have "touch".

Now that he is in full control of his Beast then you see how well he uses the chakras and how effortlessly he does it.

According to that Sensor ANBU atop the Hokage residence, just the Deva Path had a massive amount of powerful chakra. Naruto almost certainly has more, being an Uzumaki and Jinchurki like his predecessors.

We don't know if Nagato received chakras from his paths to increase his chakras. So we will never know who has/had more. It really isn't a big deal, both of them was quite massive compared to nearly everyone else.

Don't forget that the First Hokage controlled "all" of the Tailed Beasts at one time.

Nagato didn't get an extra chakra from the Paths, they were just corpses, devoid of, well, anything. xd
But yeah, considering the level of and number of techniques they both used, their chakra levels were quite massive.
