So if Naruto did have water then he would have the elemental advantage because lightning is weak against wind but is not strong against water.

So Naruto would have two advantages while Sasuke only has one elemental advantage.

No naruto only has wind but due to being part of the fox he will be a power fire style like roshi who uses the fourth tail abitily for his own just like that. not water sorry.

Probably fire since has the Kyuubi sealed in him who's element is fire. Other than that I'd imagine it's just Wind.

I suspect a wind and water rasengan would be more powerful. Wind cuts, water is forceful. He'll rasengan somebody and their guts will spin at 6500 rpm and their feet won't leave the ground. I suppose for maximum effect he'll have to figure out how to get his two affinities to run in opposite directions within the rasengan. This all assumes he won't just be gifted an ice ability, which I think would actually be a downgrade.

If you want a fire based rasengan, Konohamaru might be your guy.
