Considering what he has done in this manga, no.

by that definition yes. plus whenever shit got too hard he always gave up or was going to until someone motivated him not to. unless it came to sasuke

When ever Naruto felt unmotivated he trained harder. The only scene I can recollect is when Neji died, but that's when he truly needed help because his promise turned into a lie.

Egh, but she's displayed strong will many times over but i'll give you that (that particular moment).
You can't bash Sakura or call her weak willed because she isn't but I can't help nor will entertain anyone bashing.
OT: I don't think there is a character who is weak minded.

Another time was in the Chunnin exams.Hinata encouraged him
In the War Arc Naruto is crying in anger looking at Obito for killing alliance shinobis with the juubi tree and Sasuke tells him "Naruto is that all you got?I am just getting started" and Naruto looks stunned at him

Again that scene isn't classified as a weak-willed when he actually lost something precious to him (the lives of the shinobi), Sasuke is more cold hearted in that aspect, he could of witnessed someone dying before him and he would not have bashed an eyelash. Anyone would of felt that way if you had promised to keep someone safe, and they died.

Sakura's will in stronger than narutos and sasukes.
Sasuke is the only person who has power over her will because she loves him,
And the funny thing is , in the chunnin exams , part 1 Sakura displays everything to counter your claims of her being weak willed.
