Gaara's father the 4th kazekage believed that Gaara kept his ability of manipulating sand because he inherited his mother's will. This could mean that Gaara inherited magnet release from his parents which is the reason why he still has his sand ability after the one tail was removed.

No, Kishi established in an interview that you never lose something once you have it, what his father meant was that the Sand's power of protecting Gaara like a shield came from his mother, the sand manipulation came from the One Tail.
Kabuto still has Orochimaru's chakra even though Orochimaru drained it out of him.

When they were healing Sasuke, it was noted that there was left over Oro chakra in Kabuto.
Also back to the subject of Gaara retaining One Tail power, he was only able to extract the One Tail from Obito because he was once the One tail Jinchuriki and had some of its left over chakra.

While this is true sand manipulation can be imitated with magnet release like how the 3rd kazekage created his iron sand technique despite never being the one tail jinchuuriki.

I think that sand manipulation originated with the one tail so it can be used if you are its jinchuuriki but also its abilty to manipulate sand can be imitated with magnet release and be developed into the iron sand and gold dust technique with the addition of iron/gold. Gaara also integrated his father's gold dust within his own sand to defeat the 2nd mizukage which could be a point that he can use magnet release as well.

Naruto will never have a K.G. He is the reincarnation of Ashura. He got strong through hard work and the testicles to never quit and knock up all the sluts in the Narutoverse.
Yeah, but back to my original point, once you get it, it never goes away.
For instance Obito can still use the Ten Tailed Jinchuriki Four Elemental manipulation, so even if Naruto were to lose the tailed beast chakra he would still posses their special abilities.
As he is a Psuedo Jinchuriki, I don't think he can lose their chakra, the Gold and Silver brothers had only a small amount yet retained their abilities for the rest of their lives.
For example he will have the Lava release for the rest of his life.

Naruto will eventually have one, I think bcos from what we see now is he's a vessel 2 all tail beast and has so6p power chakra directly from the source + all naruto's training all this time as been chakra manipulation, combinding chakra and jutsu and summoning so I believe it only right that he makes his original jutsu like his father

See, Son give his chakra to Naruto, then naruto manipulates it to create Lava based on some technology Son Goku explained to him. That say, even without Son Goku, Naruto can do the same manipulation because he will retain part of Son Goku's chakra. besides, I have a theory:
When Madara took Kyuubi from Naruto, Naruto lost all his chakra and was about to die. This means he lost all Biju chakra as well. Now, Obito gave him Black Kyuubi, and little Shukaku and Hachibi. How did all the other Biju came out so fast?
Well, I think they come from Ashura's chakra. My take is Indra inherited the eyes, and Ashura inherited Biju level chakra. This is why Ashura's avatar look like tailed beast. If you look closely at Ashura's avatar, you can see it is not actual tailed beast but the body of Kaguya in a different shape - 3 horns, etc. See, Naruto was born with Biju chakra, and this is why he has the whisker mark on his face. That chakra has bloomed and he can do beastly justus just as Hashirama could summon a deep forest or dragons.
Remember, Naruto has the same chakra that was with Hashirama. That chakra has earth and water elements. Plus Naruto himself has wind element, thus only two left.
