don't forget that naruto used his own jutsu, not tailed beast skill.

Yes he has lava style now. Roushi had it when he was son gokus jinchuriki so naruto has it now. The bijuu are going to willingly hand over chakra to naruto so he will have all of their power. Naruto is pretty OP now I wanna see what else he can do

Naruto uses now the Kekkai Genkai Yōton, because of Gokūs chakra, yes. But we should consider that a Kekkai Genkai refers also to a change of the genitics. Narutos body itself doesn't hold the ability to connect the Seishitsuhenka Katon and Doton.

My answer: Yes, Naruto has a Kekkai Genkai now, but the origin is Gokū.
