Does Naruto have 9 Orbs THEORIES

Naruto was revealed with these awesome babes last chapter making him the coolest looking character we've seen for a while. But what's the reason for only having 6?

1.) He doesn't have complete chakra from the Kyuubi and the Hachibi.

2.) The angle he is just at hides the other 2.

3.) He turned two of the fluid orbs into the 2 rods he's holding.​

I think he has turned 2 to the rods he is holding
each one represents one of the tail beast

We can't see it because of the angle, and NO the two staffs that he has are like Madara's staff, they are separated objects from the orbs(but you can form them to be a staff or anything you want).
