Yin Kuruma was sleeping within Naruto.
The Kuruma shown in gaiden had a lighter skin tone which belongs to Yang Kuruma. (Yin Kuruma has darker skin tone).
So, Naruto has both. And Naruto removed the reaper seal completely.
