Does Naruto even Have Plothole?

No,it has occasional artist mistakes which are later fixed in the tankabon format of the series.

Another huge reason why there are so many plot hole threads is because for some reason people cannot distinguish the difference between plot hole and plot device.

The rest are people not understanding something and labeling the event a plot hole instead of simply asking someone to shed light on something they don't fully comprehend.

Each thread has been shut down time and time again.

Invoking the Audience is Ignorant argument does'nt work when the story itself backs them up.The manga has plot holes big and small especially in the last 20 chapters.

First of all, I don't see how Jiraiya never use sage mode against Orochimaru is even a plothole if you even remember correctly, Jiraiya strength was drained and his health issue due to the sake he drank when Tsunade poisoned him. Furthermore where did it ever state that if he doesn't use the sage mode, it's consider a plothole????? Plus it takes considerable amount of time to gain nature chakra.


The whole thing that you explain about element, can you please clarify more, In't understand your point.


Tobi voice is semiplothole so I guess I can give you that since it never explained how he can do that.


Thats your opinion if you hate with Kakashi, Yamato, and Itachi, I find it plausible to the story, it makes sense and I don't understand how it's even a plothole plus it's a filler...


Only thing that what you said really makes a plot hole is Itachi timeline messed up...

Biggest plot holes almost all deal with obito.


1.OBito gets crushed by a boulder. his entire right side is crushed (including the femur - the hardest bone in the body), yet his right eye survives? (??????)

Obito's kamui is a MS jutsu.... yet he 'slipped through rocks'(kamui) with a 2 tomoe sharingan? (???????)

2.The sharingan 'evolves' due to special chakra that sprouts within an uchiha's brain yet Obito's eye, in kakashi's head, evolved? Did it get WiFi chakra from obito's brain? (????)


That's only the plotholes that deal with obito before the war arc...

Itachi was said to be in the anbu at around 13/14 and slaughtered his village around that time. Yet, in part 2 he was 21/22 years old and fought orochimaru 10 years ago? But wait... Itachi fought orochimaru after he slaughtered the clan, left the village and joined akatsuki(13+), yet 21-10 = 11, so itachi fought orochimaru before he became anbu? (huh????)

Naruto's riddled with plot holes. You'd have to be truly delusional to believe that kishi goes over every word of every page over every chapter he has brought out over the last 10+ years to keep up the consistency of the story when he has to make a chapter each week. Kishi's going to make mistakes.

1. Brah it's a fictiohnal universe. The human body is different. If Naruto was more real then characters who use raiton ninjutsu would get their ears and body messed up because of the power of lightning so close to them.

2. Yeah it is wifi chakra. Obito awakening the mangekyo must have sent some special chakra from his brain. to travel to his other eye in Kakashi.

I agree the story has some inconsistencies.

Basically the timeframes in which things took place where flawed at certain points, but no story is perfect so I still read it because kishi writes an overall entertaining but at times lazy manga.

PLOTHOLE - Something a certain fan base doesn't like and gets butthurt about or an event that occurs that hasn't been given the proper time for Kishi to explain yet (i.e. people are to impatient to let Kishi explain).
