Does Naruto even Have Plothole?

I can't think of any plothole before this war arc started. If you think about it, Naruto as a series doesn't have much flaws until this war arc introduce many problems. So is there any plotholes since then??

When did he say that? And either way if Tsunade already knew he might be Madara then the Elders would know as well, Danzo is one of the elders
