Does naruto as a baby possess higher chakra control than his dad(minato)?

Minato sealed a part of kyuubi inside his own while the other part was sealed inside naruto.Minato felt numbness of his body when the half was sealed.while the other part of kyuubi was stored in baby naruto.and naruto from his childhood never felt numbness( if he felt any i think it would b in the manga though its not necessary to be mentioned). does it mean that baby naruto had higher chakra reserves andd chakra control than adult minato?
