The Uzumaki clan are known for their high chakra reserves and strong life force.....Nagato fought whole Konoha, pulled of a large scale shinra tensei, fought naruto in sage mode, then in his six tailed form, still was able to create a massive chibaku tensei .....and still had enough chakra to revive the people he killed in Konoha via Rinne tensei

So it's pretty obvious his chakra levels> jiraiya's

It was never stated that Tsunade had more chakra then then jiraya and Oro. Furthermore saying she is on par with nagato is crazy... She heald the whole and after that she was done. Nagato duid alot more than that.

Her chakra levels combined with the chakra stored in the Byakugou seal are easily greater then Jiraiya's or Orochimaru's.
