Does Mokuton Suppresss Any Chakra, Or Just Tailed Beast Chakra?

I think it is most likely all chakra, since zetsu could also absorb and suppress chakra of normal humans. Also I think yamato suppressed someones chakra before.

it works on all chakra. However, usually it isnt needed on humans, so its main use is on tb.

So it simply isnt used frequently on humans, and is mostly associated with use on tb.
