Does Mitsuki Sage Mode conflict with the role he has as a medical ninja?

Going by Tsunade's 4 laws as a medical ninja Mitsuki would violate 2 of those laws one being..."No medic ninja shall ever stand on the front lines." and the other is.. "Only those medic ninja who have mastered the Strength of a Hundred Technique of the ninja art Creation Rebirth are permitted to discard the above-mentioned laws." With that being said Mitsuki probably has one of the most offensive abilities in NV that which is his Sage Mode. So does he break Tsunade's 4 Medical Ninja Laws?

I guess it sums up like this: if you're strong/powerful enough (which is what SM/Byakugou provides), you can be in the front row of a battle and it will not conflict with your role as a medical nin.

I don't remember these rules but if I had to guess it explains in usual cases the medical nins job is to stand back as support buy in certain cases some can come out and fight

Tsunade needs to change these rules lol but im curious to know what kind of healing capabilities SM could provide compared to the Byakugou?
