Does Minato Use Body Flicker Sometimes?

I'm re watching the Masked Man vs Minato fight, and before that, Obito threatens to kill baby Naruto and throws him in the air.

Very quickly, Minato grabs Naruto, teleports and removes the bomb seals all in one move.

Was the part where he grabbed Naruto Body Flicker or FTG? That was pretty fast.
