Does Minato have sage mode?

Why does everyone say that Minato has Sage Mode?

It's likely but it cannot be Proven.

His Teach had sage mode, Pa seems to know him, So i would be really shocked if he didn't atleast Attempt the Sage mode Training.

At best my guess would be he was half way through/Just started his training when he died.

No.This does not mean he never would of had the potential but obviously he would of used it during his lifetime.Sage mode is a very rare thing for mortals to learn in general no matter what their status was.

well he may or may not. i remember when naruto training only ones who got contract with a toad was minato,pervy sage and him.
when naruto perfected it said even better then pervy sage but minato wasnt mentioned at that time.

i would assume minato did toad training to be a sage due to contract but never stated it in manga so no one can be shure

Its people assume he did cause of his toad contract like jiriya and naruto

If Jiraiya took Naruto to get Sage Mode training, it is likely that he would have taken Minato for the same thing. They were both his supposed child of the prophecy. I believe he attempted the training at least. For Sage Mode you need excellent chakra control, and as far as I can see, Minato's chakra control was superior to Naruto's (at the time Naruto learnt Sage Mode) as he created the Rasengan technique, as well as creating it without a shadow clone. This would take insane chakra control. We just don't know if he has large chakra reserves, but to be able to use his S/T moves and teleport a TBB, I would believe his chakra reserves would be sufficient. There is also the possibility that he has Senju blood but thats another thing altogether XD

I assume that he did not have sage mode....however i think he did senjutsu training......from what we know he has a large enough chakra pool, it wouldve made since that he was at least brought to learn it....simply though he was young and busy, and never had time to master it(as he was working on his elemental rasengan, and being hokage)


and have you seen a toad summoner with out sage mode? Simply i think it is unlikely he mastered it to a degree that he could use it (like naruto and jman)....i think he was training it though
