Does Minato have any experience with Genjutsu?

He didn't solo a war actually. He had the whole of Konoha behind him. Along with that, he was fighting fodder chuunin-rank shinobi besides B and A, and they were all from the cloud village who has shown zero Genjutsu knowledge and feats whatsoever.
