itachi can lay 3, 3 tomoe police force uchiha out in one motion, and is 4.5 in taijutsu in his sickened state. Minato isnt touching him.

Additionally, if Minato "touches Itachi" he'll probably have this happened to him like so many other shinobi before him....

He would have to place a seal with his eyes closed. I honestly refer to them as equals though, but hopefully if we see more of minato with his edo he can get a few more feats.

Same goes for me Itachi and Minato are best in what they have done and will always be hero's ........
Plus Minato was the Hokage when most of the Uchiha's were alive so he must be trained with Uchiha's since he was a kid and might know the abilities and the techniques ........

We have seen Itachi who suffers a lot of chakra exhaustion after using amaterasu and Tsukyomi plus he suffers even more when he is using his Sussano so which is a double edged technique while fighting a kage level ninja IMO

All Minato needs to do is get Itachi relatively close to one of the planted kunai and then it's game over. Itachi can counter Minato's "marking" with a Shadow Clone, or Crow Genjutsu Farce.

Remember, Itachi doesn't have to use Tsukiyomi first. He can always put Minato in a genjutsu with one finger.

To be fair, Obito was and "still is" a one trick S/T warp pony despite having other jutsu at his disposal.

^ Itachi has way many more aces up his sleeve. You already know what they are. Minato would really have to be crafty if he hopes to win. Either way...he's not going to end the battle in seconds with Itachi.

This is coming from someone who is unbias. The battle can go either way. Still...no one is "soloing" anyone.
