in her dream world, she's getting married with all the gokage united. all of them are happy for her, but in her perfect world tsunade is jealous/envious of her.

i think its just bad drawing..will look okay in the anime.
The Raikage looks pretty fat here even though he is very muscled having abs or whatever.

I think it's Kishimoto apply some of Tsunade's personal events (Dan's death) into Mei's dream world. That's just speculation though.

) She sees her with admiration, respect and cares for her as a comrade.

It was Mei's perfect world though, not Tsunade's. She maybe thinks Tsunade is bitter because she doesn't have a partner, but she's it as a normal consequence, so she doesn't really care if Tsunade is mad.
Or it could just be a mistake. That drawing wasn't the best.

She doesn't hate Tsunade but Mei thinks it's so necessary to be married in her world she would probably imagine Tsunade to be a bit jealous because to her a woman should be spoken for and she can't imagine someone being content without.

That or Tsunade's face looks hella distorted. Which is does to me.

Nah! Tsunade and Mei are secretly lesbian for eachother! I certainly hope that Kishi admits this and confirms there relationship at the end of Naruto and/or make them a couple in Part 3!! TsunaMei FTW!!!

I assumed that was Dan at first, since Tsunade is so unhappy. Although his hair style and possibly physique is off....
