Does Madara's PS have wings?

Let's be real; Kakashi's and Sasuke's both do, which implies it's not a special feat. Tengu entities have wings, and PS is similar to a Tengu being. Are those huge "arm-like" limbs on Madara's PS's back actually arms or wings?

When Sasuke fights Kaguya, we see that those are not pure wings; they have some kind of hands mid-way, just like Madara's.

I agree. However, the Fourth Databook (DB) only state that Madara have Perfect Susanoo (excluding Sasuke and Obito).

Nope. PS requires Rikudou power in order to fly. If Madara's PS could fly then he would have won against Hashirama. Flies up high then spam Susano'o Slash GG.

According to what logic? It was not Rikudo-enhanced, unlike any other Susano'o. It shits on any other with the Six Paths enhancement.
