Does Madara possess Kaguya's techniques?

Technically, Madara did completely absorb Kaguya and even got her unique Rinne Sharingan. Kaguya's will just injected herself into Madara. So Madara and Kaguya are technically the "same person".

If this is the case, shouldn't he be able to open dimensions and use Bone Release? I think it's possible if he discovered he could.

(Just putting this here, Sasuke's Left eye ISNT a Rinne Sharingan according to Kishimoto in Databook 4,it's referred to as the Rinnegan).

No, DB already stated dimension shift is something only kaguya can do & ash bones are kkm. Remember absorbing someones chakra doesn't grant your their powers.

Well, the point was exactly that he couldn't stabilize it and became a blob.

Even if he could theoreticaly use Kaguya's techs, he actually can't since he doesn't have enough chakra. But I don't think he has the abilities in the first place.

Well you could say that he was not in control of his body when BZ made it to absorb the immense chakra so fast without stabilizing it... I believe that if it was not for BZ maybe he could absorb it but with some time...

He has the same eye (not just the same level of the dojutsu but the same exact eye),he already used one of this eye's abilities which is IT ,I think it is highly possible that he can use the dimensional shifting , teleportation portals and the ability to absorb the chakra of the people connected to the shinju

Having the same kind of eye does not give the same Techniques. Itachi has Mangekyo sharingan, but i would like to see him use Kamui.

Also, Amenotejikara was supposed to drain a lot of chakra even from Kaguya, who has at least twice as much chakra as JJ Madara. He definately couldn't use it for long.
