At that point he still has all of his Sharingan variations plus the Rinnegan. But he did not have enough chakra to maintain them, thus they were deactivated. He wasn't blind neither did he lost his ocular prowess.

If Madara it still has Hashirama face and his cells, I do not see why he should have lost rinnegan or even be blind...
