Does Mabui know Space-time ninjutsu?

Ethereal Transmission jutsu could be considered a space-time technique, it moves objects across vast distances at the speed of light. What do you think?

No, it's just a high speed movement, specifically at the speed of light.

No. technically the jutsu she uses is an elemantal ninjutsu. Works like a shunshin but at a greater speed which could be lethal to the person who is being transferred. It is just some old style body movement not teleportation.

To operate something at space-time continuum, one needs the speed of light and greater to accomplish that. Mabui uses space-time Jutsu.​

i think it should be an ST rather than speed. Why? Because Tsunade and Ay were inside headquarters when she used the jutsu on them and I don't remember anyone opening the door or there being any permanent openings at HQ. If it was speed they should have at least crashed through a wall.
