Worked on her? Do you even know why they worked? Obviously not. Multi Shadow Clones were used to distract Kaguya. The only reason they did their job is because there were a lot of them. Madara is a tier below Kaguya, and he's only using one clone that has only shown to use Taijutsu. Kaguya plows right through it and then plows through the user.

The main reason Limbo is hax is because it can't be perceived. If the opponent can perceive it and they are already a tier above you, a gimped, visible clone isn't going to be worth much.

Chakra fists or Ash bones blow Limbo right out of water. Rikudo chakra hurts Limbo, but Hagaromo inherited his chakra from Kaguya, so by extension Kaguya can hurt it. Her Rinnesharingan or sensing also lets her perceive Limbo. Limbo has no chance of working on her.

If all human chakra and eye powers originated from her, Kaguya's doujutsu should be superior to everyone's.

Theoretically, she should be able to see/sense any type of clone, but her actual performance in battle didn't seem to back that up.

So it might work until it had her attention. Limbo clones would get one shot.

Limbos only able to use taijutsu is your own assumption, as always.

Limbo has been used against the Bijuu, against Naruto, against Naruto and Sasuke, and then against Naruto and Sasuke again, each and every time they used nothing but physical attacks, so that's all they can do until proven otherwise.

We know that is possible, we don't know if they can use anything but Taijutsu as they have done nothing but Taijutsu every single time they were summoned.
