I don't mean to upset anybody, but Kylo Ren is one of the shittiest characters of SW. Every time some mentions his name, an image of Jar Jar Binks immediately pops up in my mind. It's annoying.

He looks very normal because he is on the verge of turning into a much more powerful villain. He is not complete yet. Say what you want about Kylo, he at least killed his own which is what Vader could never do.

they are both confused about what they really want to do. Obito knew that his actions were wrong but his love for Rin confused him. The problem is that we don't know why Kylo joined the dark side, so we can't compare them just yet.

Vader was responsible for one of the greatest ever Jedi massacres in the galaxy and almost killed his own wife in rage. Don't compare Kylo to Vader.
