Kohonamaru will be the next Hokage. Kishi has foreshadowed it several times and he will surpass Naruto. Bolt is not going to be Hokage.

I think that yes, yes he will. He inherited the Will of Fire, it was foreshadowed many times and five him Enma as a summons and some of Base Naruto feats with the rasengan and he is stronger enough to be a Kage (seeing as Sharinganless Kakashi became one)

I can't see Sasuke becoming Hokage since she is the same age as Naruto,don't see any reason why would Naruto step down for Sasuke.
