You must young. All over the world there are people who work 12 hours, 5 days a week, and only make minimum wage. He's getting paid to draw, and do what he loves. So what if he has to stress sometimes, because that's what life is, and what growing up is about. He gets breaks as well. If he's having a problem deciding what to do in the manga, because of writers block, than it's understandable.
So basically he's getting paid a gratuitous ammount of money to do what he loves. I'm sure he's doing just fine. He's also got assistants. I'm sure he'll be just fine.
Next time you post something like this think about all the other people in the world that have to go to a job everyday that they hate, and barely get paid anything.
Kishimoto's lucky. He's probably very happy with his life as well. Your putting a burden on his shoulders, that he probably doesn't even have, based off of a hunch.
