if it doesn't go blind then i will personally buy a left eye Kakashi/Obito MS contact lens, put it on, and jam a pencil right through it cuz that eye should have gone blind a long time ago -.-

I think why kakashi and obito's eye is not going blind is cause they don't have strainful eye jutsus like amaterasu and susanoo

I think only jutsus that are exclusively related to the sharingan like susanoo and amaterasu drain the eye. Kamui is a S/T technique and as we've learned, S/T techniques aren't exclusive to Uchihas. Minato and the 2nd can learn S/T jutsu too. I think Obito just so happens to have a sharingan power-up that isn't exactly Uchiha exlcusive. But a non-uchiha isn't going to learn amaterasu or susanoo. Atleast not without the help of the sharingan anyway.

I don't even think it's regular MS jutsu that makes an MS go blind. At this point the only ones who have gone blind are the ones who have overused Susanoo.

Yeah Susano'o makes their whole body hurt that's a massive indication that it's the one that makes them go blind most(other than Izanagi/Izanami)

Also Obito seems to be the Uchiha with the greatest potential, he probably just has the best eyes too.


It won't be a set thing like for example(hypothetical):

Sasuke uses Amaterasu 30 times = blind
Madara uses Amaterasu 30 times = blind

It would be different numbers for everyone.


But yeah they should be losing some sight soon, Kakashi should anyway he doesn't have Senju DNA to help out.
