I don't really watch the anime so I don't really know how bad it is -__-, still I would personally be ticked if ppl desecrated my drawings when they animated it. To be real though it isn't the animator's fault. Companies that have been doing long running anime have been underpaying animators, and just not wanting to pay the money to get ppl to animate things well. So if I was an author then I would take my gripes with the company
