Does Kishi dislike Shikamaru?

I don't know about you guys but I've nothing but respect for Shikamaru. He's cool, incredibly smart and lazy a lot like myself xd ,but It seems to me Kishi is picking on him. I mean how much pain does someone have to go through considering they're not even a main character. Asuma's death, Force to fight his dead sensei,and now his father is dead.
Even through all the BullSh** He took his father's death like a BAWS you gotta love this guy!

Shikamaru is actually my favorite character also. I think Kishi is actually trying to develop him more by giving him more emotional scenes i guess. You could say the same about Ino also.

dude its fictional character they don't have real feelings... secondly Kishi created Shikamaru therefore Kishi cannot hate his creation... which is not entirely true but still Shikamaru can finally feel Naruto and Sasuke's pain.

-Lost his mother, father commited suicide, best friend 'died' from being crushed under a boulder, had to kill his own teamate (for reasons unknown) lost every match he has been shown in, and to top it all off tobi is Obito

Nah, he just wants revenge following the saying 'an eye for an eye' - well a village for a clan in his case. Though I'm not so sure anymore if he really still wants revenge ....

Anyway, it's not because Kishimoto-sensei killed his dad, that that means he hates Shikamaru. Gaara, Naruto, Sasuke etc all went through traumatic experiences as well *shrugs* He just wanted to give Shikamaru a bit more screen time I suppose and add a bit more drama in the story.
This should satisfy the ones who wanted characters to die though
