Does Kishi care anymore?

Anybody else wonder if he cares what his fans think of his progress in the story or do you think he just wants this finished so he can move on? I mean I don't know where he could move on from Naruto because from what I've heard his other manga is some trash so why give up diamonds to have stones (if you catch my meaning)??

i believe its a one-shot called Mario.. I have no proof of him saying this since I don't pay that much close attention to him but I heard he was probably going to try to continue that.

I dont think he does really care anymore to be honest. I think he just wants to get the manga finished so he can spend time with his family as he has said he never gets to spend any time with them.

I guess he doesn't have to worry about leaving/ending the manga. The money he has made from it has set himself and his family up for life.

The only thing I can surely say he doesn't give a sh!t about are the opinions of online readers. That's about it.
Naruto is doing perfectly fine in the WSJ Rankings and is selling its volumes pretty well.
Also, I don't know what his other works you're referring to as "trash", but I can tell you, that Kishi's one-shot "Mario" has everything one needs to become a splendid Seinen Manga.
