Samehada can absorb the chakra but not the nature so it would get rusted if it tried to absorb the lightning armour hm. 3rd Raikage had too much endurance and the only one that can harm him is himself and Kisame doesnt have a jutsu like Rasengan to repeal his spear into Raikages chest hm.

if he died of fatigue then kisame is the last person he'd want to go up against. samehada drains him of his chakra and gives it to kisame.
