Naruto always chooses to fight in Kurama avatar vs big avatars even when he has killing intent :

You're showing pics where he's actually attacking. I ask again, do you what counter means?

Pretty sure it matters, especially for Naruto.

Your lord spoke, mere mortals do not need to question him. Just obey. He lost as written in the book of Naruto chapter 698 page 19 verse 3.

Vegeta had killer intent to kill Goku! Didn't work.. Sasuke had the intent to kill Naruto! It didn't work... Naruto & Goku both only matched their opponents power not once did they try to kill them.. If they had the intent to kill their enemy, then Vegeta & Sasuke would be dead.

Goku & Naruto showed hella restraint we it came down to the serious bouts/fights.

Goku matched Vegeta on earth! Sparred his life.
Naruto could've killed Sasuke in their first fight at the HasiMadara mazous.

Goku could've kill Vegeta when he went Majin but didn't bother to go SS3 & wipe the floor with him.

Naruto could've beat Sasuke when they meet at Orochimarus hide out. Kurama even said he could even though Sasuke suppressed the kyuubi's power.

Goku could've killed Vegeta after he became SSG but didn't even bother.

Vote 2 Naruto vs Sasuke Naruto was willing to die for his believes but his opponent was not. That fight could've easily ended in death if Naruto wanted.

He could've blitzed an stopped Sasuke from taking the bijuu once he said he was going to kill the kage cause his Rinne was not mastered.
Kishi nerfed him to make that last fight a fight.

Mr. Moto mirrors Mr Toriyama in so many ways it's crazy...

The two didn't necessarily "run out of chakra" solely from the chakra spent on their techniques; they also lost chakra in the explosion, which destroyed their chakra avatars.

However, I believe that we're to assume that they used their strongest techniques.

It does matter. Killing intent gives a person the preferential edge against opponent(s). When you have the intent to kill, you'll do everything possible and even go as far as cheat, just to make sure your opponent is killed. If Naruto was so hell-bent on killing Sasuke, he wouldn't be on the defensive but instead come up with a contrivance to defeat him. And since he lacks predictability, it'd be harder for Sasuke to possibly come out of the battle without a scratch or worst, alive.

They've both held back in my opinion because we've both seen Sasuke's killing intent in previous parts of the manga. Sasuke is a uchiha and when he has an intent to kill he will make set ups that are impossible to evade unless you are skillful. These apply to fights against Danzo, part 1 naruto, sakura and kakashi, deidara, and more. Naruto doesn't like to kill, but when he is fully serious he also has setups that will kill any average ninja. Also when he was in rampage nine-tails mode he had full intent to kill whoever was in his way. They both didn't really go all out in this fight in my opinion or it just may be how short the fight was written. The same cliche 10 seconds of throwing out random jutsus and then big giant jutsu clash and fight is over. If it was a real intense fight like Madara and Hashirama was then things would've been much more interesting. Maybe even a fight like Sasuke's and Itachi's. However, it was the same cliche fight that ended fast with the usual jutsu clash bull crap. So, i really don't see either of them two really going all out to kill. Maybe sasuke a little bit, but i feel he had mixed feeling about truly killing naruto, just as naruto did towards him.

That's just my opinion, no need for pointless bashing or anything.
P.S - please do not reply.

When you post a title like that, I see it in Today's topics, I enter the threat with a mind thinking you mean ( in real society, real world), I did the same here, I thought the thread might be interesting, now I guess I'm disappointed!
