Does kakashi still have MS?

In the latest chapter he just has he's ordinary eyes. Does this mean he lost the MS (since he said it was only temporary) or did he just deactivate it?

Have to assume he has them until Kishimoto writes a panel specifically saying they are gone. Otherwise they are simply not in use at the moment. The fight is over (they think) so there is no reason for them to be shown anyway.
