Does Kaguya have Creation of All Things?

Remember a time before the reveal of Hagoromo and people believed him to the most powerful character that would have been unsurpassed? This is because we always said he had Creation of All Things and was Juubi Jin.


When Obito and Madara became Juubi Jin, I thought he was going to possess Creation of All Things as well, but we've never really seen them use it.


Then Kaguya, the Progenitor of chakra, has not shown this ability.....but does she possess it? If she did indeed possess Creation of All Things, then the fight against Naruto and Sasuke should be over since she can create virtually anything, even an army of zetsu without needing Infinite Tsukuyomi.


So my questions are.

1) Does Kaguya possess Creation of All Things and why hasn't she used it yet since she can win almost instantly with CoAT?

2) If Kaguya doesn't possess the ability, would Juubi Jinchuriki Hagoromo still be considered the most powerful character since only he has Creation of All Things?

What possible reasoning is there for her not using it? She could have ended the battle already and absorbed both Naruto's and Sasuke's chakra

Both her and Zetsu commented on how they want this battle to end quickly

Most probably, I mean, She's the ''Progenitor'' of all Chakra. Remember, using the Dimensions drains a huge amount of Chakra even for someone like Kaguya so she can't be reckless.

At the beginning yes, cuz She wanted to absorb their Chakra because ALL of it has to become one (greedy Kaguya) but not anymore. She went on Naruto with intent to kill him.

Maybe it would drain too much right now, She can't be reckless. She probably has some Plans, we just have to wait.

Hagoromo was never the most powerful on his own. The Ten Tails was said to be the ultimate chakra. So Hagoromo+Kaguya is the strongest.

The ten tails is not a product of COAT, but another form of Kaguya's. Black Zetsu most likely is though.

That wasn't CoAT. She didn't create it out of nothing, she's just one with Nature. Kabuto uses senjutsu in order to control it. Kaguya/Juubi is entirely made of senjutsu

I bet she does. I bet she has a much bigger arsenal of Jutsu than anyone else. Kishi just wants to draw her out, slowly show her abilities, from weakest to strongest. It'd be boring if she one shotted Naruto and Sasuke right off the bat lol
