does kabuto have perfect sage mode

i was just wondering about kabutos sage mode and if its perfect or imperfect sage mode as he takes on a lot of snake like features kinda like how jiraiya takes on toad features and i know people may say that they are two different sage modes so the same rules dont apply to each other, but if we look at all 3 sage modes that we know of which are

toad sage mode
snake/dragon sage mode
hashirams sage mode

both hashirama and naruto only have markings on there face so my guess is that hashi has perfect sage mode like naruto and as kabuto like jman have a lot of animal features which hints to an imperfect sage mode and i really think all sage modes should share the same laws of each other like having to remain still to enter.
so what are your thoughts

Perfect, but i dont think he can be perfect, because he is a combination of far to many people to have a normal appearance. So i think he is perfect for his case, the chakra control is there.

but nowhere does it imply that sage mode is effected by the amount of outside dna a person has

i believe kabuto self proclaimed himself to be a dragon not that it is a dragon sage mode because of the modifications that he added to improve it
