Does izanagi requires senju cells?

But with the application of senju dna, others with sharingan can also do it with same minimal time limit...

Senju with uchiha blood, maybe but it will be for a much longer period of time than the uchihas,and i dont think that they will have any side effects,but i may be wrong...............

Here is something to thinK about, senju + uchiha = rennigan(SO6P) ?
So those with rennigan can probably perform it without any side effects,but they would need to learn the technique and then gain mastery over it U_U

Anyone who says this are wrong. Tobi clearly confirmed that in order to use Izanagi, you need Senju and Uchiha DNA.

Other way around. The Uchiha inherited the Sage's spiritual energy while the Senju inherited the Sage's physical energy. Also, it is clearly stated that an Uchiha needs Senju DNA to successfully use Izanagi, no matter how pure. Izanami, however, can be used by an Uchiha without Senju cells. How did you get this from the manga?

OT: It doesn't exactly state that all Uchiha could use Izanagi. Izanagi was probably just used by those Uchiha who had Senju DNA.
