Does itachi still feel the pain of ms even in edo form?

Shown in both images it appears that itachi still feels the side effects of ms? i thought this doesn't apply to him in edo form but it looks like he may still feel the effects of strain/pain/exhaustion or he may not? do you think this may cause a weakness with the fight of kabuto? or was the blood from his eyes just dramatic effect from kishi?

He hasn't felt any of the Susanoo side effects, So I guessing Kishi probably drew the bloody eye to make Itachi look cool.
